You’re welcome to bring your device in any time we’re open, without an appointment. How soon we can look at it depends on what’s wrong and who’s available at the time.
What that means when you come in
- A technician may not be free straight away. If so, we’ll ask you to leave it with us. We give you a job number and text you as it moves along.
- Some problems take longer than others. Some faults take time to track down, and some parts have to be ordered in.
- We can’t always take a job on the day. Now and then a job needs a particular technician, or we may be too busy to start it. We’ll tell you when you come in, and what we can do instead.
If it’s urgent
- Call first on 03 6235 5000, and we’ll tell you how we’re placed today.
- Priority service moves your job to the front of the queue for an extra $50. See our repair prices.
- Send us your details first with Book a repair, so we have them ready when you come in.
