Service charges
- Standard: $120 per hour
- Priority: $120 per hour + $50 priority upgrade fee
- One-on-one IT support with a tech: $150 per hour
- Onsite $165 per hour + travel costs depending on location.
- Insurance quotes: $50 for RACT, $80 for other insurers, waived if the insurance company goes ahead with a repair or replacement with us

What we fix
- Screens, batteries and charging. Cracked laptop screens, worn batteries and broken charging sockets, with common parts in stock.
- Won’t turn on or start. We find the cause and call you with the price before we fix it.
- Slow computers, viruses and scams. Clean-ups, SSD and memory upgrades, and help after a scam call.
- New computers. Set up, with your files, email and programs moved across from the old one.
- Email, Microsoft 365 and passwords. Email that has stopped working, and locked or forgotten accounts.
- Lost files. Data recovery from failing drives, backups, and secure wipes before you sell.
- Spills, keyboards and overheating. Liquid spills (turn it off and don’t turn it back on), dead keys and noisy fans.
- Printers, Wi-Fi, desktops and Macs. Setup and faults, upgrades, new builds, and MacBooks and iMacs.
